Sweet Tease Lashes, maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All lash care orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to assure you are completely satisfied. Items may be exchanged under the following conditions:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return open cosmetic products that have been used. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email sweetteaselashes@outlook.com.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
